When we received the boards for Parkview Oncology Hospital, we could instantly see the vision for what this piece could become. Rather than relying solely on references, Naked City director Chris Shimojima decided to bring the treatment to life ourselves. Our team recreated key moments and visuals to demonstrate tone, pacing, and emotion, proving not only our creative approach but also our commitment to capturing Parkview’s story with care and authenticity. The result was a proof of concept that showcased just how ready we were to bring their vision to the screen.

After creating the proof of concept, we came to set with a clear game plan. With the choreography and camera movement already mapped out, we were able to move efficiently and stay focused on capturing the right performances and emotion. Having that visual guide kept the whole team in sync and made sure each shot carried the same tone and intention as the original concept.
