For the past four years we’ve partnered with Iris Worldwide and their client Barclays, a Premier League sponsor, to create real-time social content for their FanFest events.

Over each weekend, we captured the energy of the crowd, live match moments, and behind-the-scenes highlights, producing quick-turn content for Barclays’ social channels. Shooting, editing and posting on the day of the event.

Looking to crank up the excitement, we pulled out all the stops — mixing up DSLRs, 360 cams, body mounts, time-lapses, iPhones and GoPros. Each setup brought its own burst of energy to the edit, keeping every shot fresh and fast-paced. The crew had a blast pushing the limits of what’s possible in a single day of production — from the first frame to the final cut.

Here are just some of the content we have produced as part of these events. So far we have worked on the Philadelphia, Orlando, Nashville, Chicago and Kansas City FanFests. As well as traveling to London each year to capture the winners as they enjoy their trip and take in the sights and sounds of a Premeire League match. The first is a Case Study, a handy tool for Barclays to share with their current and prospective card partners who are also part of the event. We make a Case Study after every event.

Here is a Q&A video that we turn around in a couple of hours of filming. This is the sort of content we make on day 1 of the event. So that anyone engaging in the Barclays event footprint can engage with on socials pretty quickly. Turn around speed is the name of the game here! So we are always sure to have an editor on site who has lighting speed cutting skills.

Here is the Sunday Recap video from the FanFest Nashville event. We make sure to show plenty of our major winners, key VIP talent, the Barclays claw machine and the local scenery. We turn this video over by the afternoon of the final day. We are working on this video from day one so that the approval process is a smooth ride. This is the main video that people who visited the Barclays site visit as a reminder of the event.

Stills are also a part of our delivery package for every FanFest. We've been working with the amazing Jonah Markowitz to capture the important moments in stills form. These images are used in many ways for Barclays. They are used internally at Barclays when presenting the FanFest projects as well as in pitch decks for prospective card partners to help visually encapsulate what the event is about and how it positions the Barclays brand along with their many partners.
